KIPP NY Open Houses over the next few months

When Wendy Kopp took me to meet Dave Levin at the original KIPP in the South Bronx (the 2^nd KIPP overall, after the one in Houston), it blew me away and set me on the trajectory that's led to where I am today.  If you haven't visited a KIPP, I can't recommend it highly enough – it's both inspirational and educational (I've visited more than 50).  There are now 109 KIPPs in 37 cities in 20 states (see the map here: www.kipp.org/schools/school-directory), so if you'd like to visit one, please let me know and I'd be happy to arrange it.  Here's the schedule of KIPP NY Open Houses over the next few months:

 

There's no better way to see how KIPP is moving that needle than visiting one of their schools. All visits begin at 8 AM and last approximately 75 Minutes. Space is limited so you must RSVP tobconnolly@kippnyc.org to secure your spot.
